At Recovery Health, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, rates, and other relevant information to ensure full transparency regarding your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 to 15 business days from our fulfillment center. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional events. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched:

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We utilize a range of reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services for international deliveries. All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Currently, we offer standard shipping only. Expedited or express shipping options may be added in the future.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over a certain value, as advertised on our website. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly disclosed prior to payment. There are no hidden handling fees.
Pre-Order Items
Items listed as pre-order may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. This timeframe includes processing, manufacturing, and shipping. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately to avoid unnecessary delays.
Pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Recovery Health is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred once the package arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information.
